CAVAN QUALITY

Q. How does CAVAN furniture hold up under the elements?

A. We've taken every possible precaution to extend the life of the product by using 100% grade-A teak and sealing it with our proprietary 7-layer protective coating system. In addition, our furniture is fully assembled at the workshop and not assembled in the partially constructed or "knockdown" method that is common with most outdoor furniture. Furniture that is completely assembled at the workshop has numerous benefits including an impeccable fit and finish, fully sealed joints that will repel the elements and enhanced structural integrity.

Q. What type of cushion fabric and stitching are used in design CAVAN accessories?

A. We offer a large variety of colors and patterns from Sunbrella, a leader in the outdoor fabric space. These fabrics are durable, resistant to fading and breakdown, and easy to clean. If you prefer to use fabric from another brand or material we can work to make that happen as well.

Q. Where are the CAVAN collection made?

We have manufacturing facilities in Phoenix, Arizona as well as the Philippines.

Q. Will the teak finish color change over time?

A. Teak wood will naturally turn a silvery-grey tone over time. Our coating system will prolong this natural change, but the beauty of teak is that it slowly ages over time without losing any of its structural integrity.

Q. How long does it take to completely handcraft a furniture unit?

A. Typically it can take our designers up to 60-90 days. Ask your CAVAN sales associate for more details or visit our Custom Designs page for specific info regarding custom made furniture by CAVAN.

CUSTOMIZATION || SPECIAL ORDERS

Q. Does your company offer any custom options?

A. We love customizing furniture. Please feel free to submit your interest in our form provided on the Custom Design page and let us know what you're thinking of creating. We can also be reached via our customer service email address at customservice@cavanfurniture.com.

Q. Can I order replacement cushions and cushion covers?

A. Yes, please contact us to order replacements directly on our Customer Service page or shop replacement options in our Collections section of this website.

PAYMENT & TERMS

Q. What's your return policy or warranty?

A. CAVAN Furniture Company offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order was shipped or delivered. All items must have the original packaging, product tags and labels, and all packing and order documentation. For those customers seeking to submit a request for return approval, please fill out the form on our Returns & Exchange page.



CAVAN also offer a 30-day limited warranty that our furniture is free from material manufacturing defects. Our Promise page contains further details.


Q. What form of payments do you accept?

For online orders, we accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Special and custom orders are processed via any major credit card, PayPal or check; your CAVAN sales and design consultant will oversee the payment transactions at the time of custom order placement.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Q. How quickly will I receive my order?

A. Any in-stock merchandise can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery due to the hand stitching of your cushions upon placing the order. Customized orders can take approximately 8-12 weeks depending on the size of the order. Q. Is CAVAN Furniture Company currently sell to commercial clients?

A. Absolutely. We love working with commercial property owners on developing furniture packages. Please contact us for additional information and pricing on our Trade Industry page.
